Fall Horseback Trail Ride returns to Loretta Lynn Ranch September 8-11, 2025.

This annual event not only offers dozens of hours of saddle time for all levels of riders. Nightly entertainment and events will also be featured and is sure to make this trail ride one that you'll remember for years to come.

You'll be served three hot meals every day while you and your family camp, ride, and play. In addition to the ranch activities, we will be featuring: Trail Boss led rides as well as self-guided marked trails, Horsemanship Clinics, Horsemanship Competitions, Line Dancing, Karaoke, Live Music, Horseshoe Hunt, Awards and Prizes, Wagon Ride, and a Saddle Giveaway.

You Must bring your own horse.
Pre-Registration: $275 Adult Admission (Includes hookup camping, all meals and entertainment!) (Pre-Registration ends on 9/1/2025 and price will increase to $325 on 9/2/2025. Gate entry price will be $325) *Prices are plus taxes and applicable fees*
Pre-Registration: $225 Per youth admission age 6-12. Pre-Registration ends on 9/1/2025 and price will increase to $275 on 9/2/2025. Gate entry price will be $275) *Prices are plus taxes and applicable fees*

Picketing your horse on a picket line is allowed (Must bring your own picket line and picket in designated areas). Picket horses in a way that they can NOT reach any trees. Keep horses out of campsites and away from electrical boxes/water hookups.
Covered Stalls $120/week (Sunday 9/7/2025 through Thursday 9/11/2025. Additional nights may be purchased at $30 per night. Only one animal per stall.) **We are not allowing personal panel stalls or electric fences any longer**
Panel Stalls $100/week (Sunday 9/7/2025 through Thursday 9/11/2025. Additional nights may be purchased at $25 per night. Only one animal per stall.) **We are not allowing personal panel stalls or electric fences any longer**
MANDATORY riders meeting Sunday 9/7/2025 at 7pm at the Pavilion.
Trail Boss led rides off property and self-guided marked trails on property.
Shoes are highly recommended - Farrier will be onsite (The Ranch trails are hilly and very rocky)
Every Horse, Mule, Donkey, Pony, Etc must be registered and have up to date negative coggins, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring a paper copy for the LL Ranch staff to keep or make a copy of. You can also send a digital copy to [email protected] with your name. If you do not have negative coggins for your animal, you will not be allowed on property.

ACWRA Chuckwagon racing returns to Loretta Lynn Ranch September 12-14, 2025.

This action-packed wild west style event is chock full of all the racing action we can pack in a weekend! Whether you just drop in for a day or camp out for the whole event you're sure to have a great time with all the cowboy fun we have planned! We will have live music, two nights of rodeo action, vendors and more to be announced. Each day and night will have plenty of activity for you to enjoy your time at the Ranch!

EVENT INFO*:

Chuckwagon races will be Saturday and Sunday of the event (9/13 - 9/14/2025).
Rodeos on Friday night and Saturday night (9/12 – 9/13/2025).
Live music after each rodeo at the pavilion.
Line dancing classes.
Extreme cowgirl competition.
Organized trail rides.
Food vendors, tack vendors, and other boutique style vendors will be on site.

EVENT, CAMPING, AND STALL PRICING**:

3 Day CWR Adult Pass- $60.00- registers ONE ADULT for the full weekend (Friday 9/12/2025 through Sunday 9/14/2025). This includes entry to the Rodeo and Concerts Friday and Saturday night, Chuckwagon Races on Saturday and Sunday, and other activities throughout the event.
CWR Weekend Adult Pass- $50.00- registers ONE ADULT for 2 days of the Event (Saturday 9/13/2025 and Sunday 9/14/2025). This includes entry to the Rodeo and Concerts Saturday night, Chuckwagon Races on Saturday and Sunday, and other activities on Saturday/Sunday of the event.
3 Day CWR Child Pass- FREE (10 & Under) - registers ONE CHILD for the full weekend (Friday 9/12/2025 through Sunday 9/14/2025). This includes entry to the Rodeo and Concerts Friday and Saturday night, Chuckwagon Races on Saturday and Sunday, and other activities throughout the event.
CWR Saturday Only Pass- $35.00- registers ONE ADULT for Saturday (9/13/2025) of the Event. This includes entry to the Rodeo and Concerts Saturday night, Chuckwagon Races on Saturday, and other activities on Saturday of the event.
CWR Sunday Only Pass- $20.00- registers ONE ADULT for Sunday (9/14/2025) of the Event. This includes entry to the Chuckwagon Races on Sunday.
CWR Friday Rodeo Only Adult Pass- $25.00 registers ONE ADULT for the RODEO Friday (9/12/2025). This ONLY includes entry to the Rodeo and Concert Friday night. Earliest arrival time is 5pm.
CWR Saturday Rodeo Only Adult Pass- $25.00 registers ONE ADULT for the RODEO Saturday (9/14/2025). This ONLY includes entry to the Rodeo and Concert Saturday night. Earliest arrival time is 5pm.

CAMPING AND STALLS:

RV camping Water/Electric (lower campground and area 3): $55/night plus tax.
RV camping Water/Electric/Sewer (Stagecoach Hill): $60/night plus tax. (No horses/livestock allowed on Stagecoach Hill)
Primitive Camping NO Water/Electric (lower campground and area 3): $30/night plus tax.

**Prices are for 4 people per campsite. Additional people will result in $5 per night per person upcharge. Due to high demand, there is a 2-night minimum on all camping, cabins, and stalls.

Special Event Cancellation Policy: This event is rain or shine. Due to high demand, Camping, Cabins, and Stall rental is non-refundable within 30 days of the event start date. 75% refund if cancelling outside of the 30 days period. No exceptions.
